Overview:

1st BridgeHouse was formed as a collaborative effort between L. Rainey Gray and Howard B. Landers, two brokerage veterans with similar tenure and experiences in different industry segments. After cooperating early in 2001 on several consulting projects, they decided to formalize their partnership the next year by creating 1st BridgeHouse Consulting, LLC. Rainey and Howard have continued to build on their reputation as consultants with more than just knowledge of industry rules and regulations; they have real industry experience from which the clients of 1st BridgeHouse Consulting are able to benefit.

Gray and Landers were sought out for more than just regulatory consulting and audit work, they were also sought out to help in structuring firms, to assist in the acquisition of broker-dealers on behalf of other larger financial institutions, and to provide assistance in the legal defense of broker-dealers.

Gray and Landers formed 1st BridgeHouse Securities, LLC to meet the needs of their growing list of broker dealer clients which often looked for new and innovative products to offer their customers and brokers. 1st BridgeHouse Securities serves as an investment banking firm for small to medium sized independent broker-dealers. The firm sources, creates, and structures transactions and then forms syndicates of selling firms that place the deals with its own clientele.

The 1st BridgeHouse group of companies continues to grow with other operating divisions and many other talented persons. Additionally, 1st BridgeHouse is proud to partner with other firms that bring specific expertise to our clientele. This expertise ranges from consulting services for banking or other financial related institutions, to data processing for broker-dealers to help make better sense of information and compliance reports originating from clearing firms.
