Derivative Partners is a family of companies focusing on the strong worldwide growth market in financial derivatives and structured products. We create transparency and help investors to successfully make use of structured products in managing their assets.

The aim of Derivative Partners Holding is to coordinate the subsidiaries and shareholdings and to harmonise their interaction to the greatest possible extent in order to achieve synergy. In addition, the holding company plans to establish or integrate further shareholdings and subsidiaries which will assume a leading role in a specific area of the value creation chain in the market for financial derivatives or structured products.

Derivative Partners Holding Ltd. currently owns 100% of each of the three subsidiaries Derivative Partners Media Ltd., Derivative Partners Research Ltd. and Swiss Derivative Institute Ltd. (SDI). Approximately two thirds of the shares of the holding company are owned by the Management and the Board of Directors, and more than 95% of the shares are held under a shareholders’ agreement. The company currently has around 45 employees (incl. part-time workers).
