We are financial and accounting consultants and figures are more than mere work tools for us. The fact that we are the first Romanian accounting company to have exceeded a significant turnover threshold is the performance that places us at the top of Romanian companies in the industry and this is the result of our efforts of the past years!

FiNEXPERT currently offers a comprehensive range of services to more than 500 customers who benefit from our efficient financial management by a combination of international know-how with local flexibility and savoir-faire.

As of the company incorporation back in 2003, our vision has been to become the largest Romanian accounting and audit company. The success factors we have focused on have been: international quality standards, a wide range of services, and attracting and retaining the best people. Nowadays, upon more than 10 years, these values continue to be the key factors to our success.

The core elements that stand behind the steady and significant yearly increase in turnover and our top level position are the efforts and ongoing training of our team of over 100 consultants. These consultants who are fluent in RAS, IFRS, IAS and U.S. GAAP develop lasting and stable business relationships with our customers and partners, developing an in-depth knowledge of the needs and specificities of their business, as well as of the industry and the business and tax environment in which the customer companies operate. In short, FiNEXPERT speaks the customer’s language! This understanding, along with our ongoing professional development and proactive attitude focused on concrete solutions are the foundation of FiNEXPERT.

History:

2003: Manuela Furdui decided to start her own business laying the foundation of FINEXPERT, after eight years career in one of the four major international consultancy and audit companies in the world. Her experience of over 14 years in management and 20 years as professional in finance and accounting has played a decisive role in the stability and progress of FINEXPERT.

2005: Manuela Furdui met Viorica Trusca, the owner of Fincont, an accounting company with an excellent portfolio of French corporate customers. Since the businesses of the two companies were similar, Manuela and Viorica decided to use these synergies by creating a Group of companies. It was a beneficial decision for both companies. Next came a period of success, rapid growth, from 2005 to October of 2009.

2007: Manuela Furdui took over the executive management of the Group. The Group exceeded the € 1.0 M turnover and had 40 employees.

2009: Life was no longer patient with Viorica! But, since all hard work yields good results, we believed it was our duty to not let her work be lost. Thus, FINEXPERT and Fincont merged into one company under a single name: FINEXPERT. The Company is led by Manuela Furdui and 7 managers.
With a turnover of EUR 1.5 million, FINEXPERT became the largest 100% Romanian capital accounting company.

2010: with a turnover of over EUR 2 million, FINEXPERT remained one of the top Romanian capital accounting companies.

Currently: the Company has over 100 employees and a portfolio of 500 active customers.
