The Company was established on July 31, 1989 incorporated as a Pvt. Ltd. Company and was converted as Limited Company on August 22, 1995.Database Investment Services (I) Ltd. acquired membership of OTC Exchange of India Ltd
in 1994 and further went on to acquire membership of National Stock Exchangeof India Ltd. in 1995 and became a Depository Participant through Central Depository Services India Ltd. in February 2007.
It has established itself as one of the prestigious stock broking house in Delhi for Capital Market segment with a vision to provide entire ambit of Broking Services, Mutual Funds, IPO's, Depository Service and Internet trading to retail clients in a way that leads to optimum gains for the entities involved in these transactions.
