KV Capital Inc. was founded in 2006, by professional accountants and chartered business valuators under “The Mortgage Corner” branding. In 2011, the company rebranded to “KV Capital” to better reflect its core business of raising capital to invest in real estate.

The company is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta and has enjoyed rapid growth and expanded geographical operations since inception.

The Company’s primary business is to provide investors with income producing investments generating above average returns while providing capital to borrowers who require short term financing.

In 2009, KV Mortgage Fund Inc. (Nee: “The Mortgage Corner Investment Fund Ltd.”) was established to better serve the need of KV Capital’s clients and provide investors access to the benefits of a Mortgage Investment Corporation structure. KV Mortgage Fund

Since inception KV Capital has funded over $41,000,000 in mortgages. To date, the company or its investors have not realized any losses of principal or interest from these investments.
