Zervos & Co Limited is a well organised firm which provides professional services to businesses which include assurance, taxation and advisory services. On 1 January 2004 Zervos & Co joint MSI Global Alliance (formerly MSI legal and accounting network work worldwide) MSI, an international network of independent law and accounting firms. MSI was formed in 1990 in response to the growing need for cross – border cooperation between professional service firms. MSI has become a leading global multidisciplinary network of over 250 independent legal and accounting firms in 100 counties throughout the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa.

On 20th May 2008 a new company Zervos & Co Ltd was incorporated in Cyprus to take over and continue the business of the partnership, which was formed in the year 1998, as from 1st July 2008.

The firms Audit practice helps clients to manage risk so they can focus on their core businesses. By intimately understanding each client’s business, we convert information into insights to help uncover hidden opportunities to improve client efficiency and performance.

Our Tax practice is also focused on seeking opportunities and leveraging them to our clients’ best advantage in the form of significant tax savings. Through a tailored approach, the practice helps minimise clients bottom-line expenses.

Corporate Finance and Transaction Services support clients through the phases of a transaction, from corporate strategy to post-merger integration. Corporate Recovery can help underperforming companies turnaround and rebuild stakeholder confidence, while Forensic assists in protecting the reputation and integrity of our clients’ business.

The firm has a large portfolio of International Business Companies (IBC) in Cyprus which is growing at a very fast pace.
