A private legal partnership founded in 1998, Chen & Co. is registered to practice law in the People’s Republic of China, and to practice PRC law in Hong Kong.

With more than 90 personnel in our Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong offices, we are a premier PRC commercial legal practice, providing a broad range of legal services with particular expertise in cross-border transactions, M&A, private equity, securities and antitrust.

Our clients include many leading multinational firms, as well as numerous well-respected state owned, publicly listed, and privately held companies in China and Hong Kong.

Our staff of PRC law and common law attorneys is well-practiced in PRC commercial and investment legal issues and has a thorough understanding of the latest developments in such corresponding fields of law as company, securities, tax, and investment law.
