History:

The company was registered on February 24, 2000 by the Decision of Commercial Court in Belgrade under the name of „DST-Revizija“ Ltd and it is one of the first audit companies in the Republic of Serbia, which has been providing audit and consulting services on the local and international level for 13 years already.
The licence for providing audit services No. 5/1-06-011/99-002 the company received on December 14, 1999 from the Federal Ministry of Finance of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and after the split of Republic of Serbia and Republic of Montenegro, the company received the licence for providing audit services on April 15, 2008 under the number 023-02-00115/2008-16 from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia.
On May 3, 2007, the company was entered into the register of Serbian Chamber of Authorized Auditors.

During 2012, in purpose of strenghtening the existing organization, broadening the range and additionally increasing quality of its services, the company started negotiations on joining HLB International - the international network of accounting companies and business consultants, and on November 23, 2012, it officialy became a member of the network. In accordance with the change, the company changed its name and as of November 29, 2012 it exists as „HLB DST-Revizija” Ltd, Belgrade.
