Primevest Capital Corp. is a Vancouver based Portfolio Manager registered with the British Columbia Securities Commission, which currently manages the Primevestfund.

Primevest has expertise in finding undervalued, overlooked, and under-followed companies in the Canadian small capitalization market. In addition, certain circumstances may present themselves where this expertise is portable to other international markets as well as larger market capitalizations.

The firm focuses on taking a long term view on core investments, with a concentrated approach and regular contact with management. Primevest meets with or at the minimum conducts a telephone interview with management before making any significant investment. Thus it believes that management is the most important criteria in the analysis of any potential investments.

The objective the Fund is to achieve long term returns (alpha) outpacing the market and its peer group. The sacrifice for achieving large returns (alpha) is that portfolios will experience short term volatility and match market risk (beta).
