AMT Bagimsiz Denetim ve SMMM A.S. is the Turkish member firm of the DFK International association of independent accounting firms . It was formed in 1989 by the managing partner Mr.Mazhar Tilhasli . Mr Tilhasli is qualified as a YMM , the Turkish equivalent of an American CPA or British FCA , and has many years of experience of both commercial and professional accountancy including work with major professional firms in Turkey and U.K. The other partners include Turkish YMMs and English FCA who contribute a breadth of experience in tax , accountancy and auditing in local and international spheres .

Organisation of firm: The firm in Istanbul operates through three divisions specialising in auditing, tax-consulting and accounting services through which the partners, supported by a staff of qualified and partly qualified personnel, provide a highly personal and responsive service to clients.

Office location: Our office is located at very popular area called Balmumcu which is five hundreds meter closed to Business Towers of major and biggest Holding Companies in Turkey.
