- Manage in- and outsourcing projects for asset managers and fund providers
Structure the sales processes for AM providers approaching institutional clients
- Advise on operational and organisational issues with regard to M&A activities
- Manage the RFP process and provide project guidance for the transfer of a fund related depositary business
