   E.ON on the £4bn disposal of its UK electricity distribution business (Central Networks) to PP
   Glencore on its restructuring from a private partnership to a US$50bn listed company and its accompanying US$10bn IPO – the largest IPO in London and the first simultaneous London and Hong Kong listing
   a number of financial institutions on the UK government's Credit Guarantee Scheme
   The Royal Bank of Scotland plc on the sale of its RBS England and Wales and NatWest Scotland branch based business to Santander UK plc
   three leading banks on the establishment of Source, a new commodities trading platform
   two new London HQ landmark deals: UBS’s new 700,000 sq ft HQ building at Broadgate (which will be the largest office building with single occupation in the City) and a major US corporate £1bn+ HQ and adjoining speculative development (on what is regarded as the most prestigious development site in the heart of the City of London)
