Overview:

Trans Canada Transfer Inc (TCT) has been operating since 1996. TCT is registerd with North America's largest Depositories- Depository Trust Company (DTC) in New York and The Canadian Depository For Securities Limited (CDS) in Toronto whom we interact electronically in the same manner as our larger competitors.

TCT acts as transfer agent and registrar for public companies who are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), TSX- Venture (we are listed in Appendix 3A of their Corporate Finance Manual) CNSX, NASDQ, Pink Sheets Stock Exchanges. In that capacity, we effect transfers, maintain company and shareholder databases, provide mailing services under Policy 54-101 and act as scrutineers for our client's annual meeting of shareholders.

We were the first transfer agent in Canada to have our internal controls and procedures successfully audited by Deloitte & Touche under Section 5900 of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Handbook.

We have developed state of art software to record trades, produce certificates, issue dividends, administer right's offerings, special financings including flow-through share issues and warrants,resulting in our clients receiving their funds intact on closing dates.

We are extremely adept at recording and updating Company Mergers quickly and efficiently to the amazement of our clients.

Shareholders are likewise impressed by how we communicate their shareholder information online real time especially where their shares have been affected by a merger.

Shareholder meetings are recorded in a professional and efficient manner.
