Promoted by Mr. Asit Koticha and Mr. Sameer Koticha, ASK Group is set up to offer research-based investment advice.

Year1993 - 1994

ASK Group and Raymond James enter into a partnership to form ASK Raymond James.

   Year2016

   Advent International acquires significant minority stake in ASK Group.
   Year1983

   Promoted by Mr. Asit Koticha and Mr. Sameer Koticha, ASK Group is set up to offer research-based investment advice.
   Year1993 - 1994

   ASK Group and Raymond James enter into a partnership to form ASK Raymond James.
   Year2007

   ASK Group buys back Raymond James stake.

Year2007

ASK Group launches its wealth management and planning arm - ASK Wealth Advisors (ASK WA).

Year2009

ASK Group launches ASK Property Investment Advisors (ASK PIA), its real estate private equity business.

Year2011

ASK Group joins hands with Pravi Capital to start the private equity joint venture - ASK Pravi.

Year2012

ASK Group establishes its international business entity, ASK Capital Management Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore.

Year2016

Advent International acquires significant minority stake in ASK Group.
