Holborn & Associates Limited, a sister company of T G Holborn (HK) Limited, is a wholly independent consultancy that provides a range of corporate financial advisory services, from mergers and acquisitions to company listings and employee pension schemes. We are an integrated team of financial analysts, accountants, lawyers and investment specialists, all dedicated to enhancing our clients' financial strength.

Our main services cover the capitalisation of corporate financing - including funding arrangements, M&A preparation, corporate consolidation, and public offerings - start-up financing for new companies and ventures, prelisting advisory for the formulation and evaluation of appropriate strategies and strategic communications services for clients before, during and after listing.

We carefully evaluate the financial resources of each new client's business, and work closely with them to agree appropriate financial goals and strategies. Then we strive to help achieve their corporate financial goals, typically to maintain and expand the long-term corporate financial health, supporting profitability through corporate financing, IPOs, or new strategic investment. We can propose and evaluate alternative business investment strategies and advise on alternative ownership structures, including buy-out strategies and joint-venture partner identification.

In co-operation with other Holborn Group companies, we also provide support and advice on diverse business interests, contractual rights, majority shareholdings and capital funding.
