The company has structured a wide variety of collective investment schemes that include both closed and open ended architecture.

Many of these structures are managed by FCM Salamanca. FCM Salamanca is a joint venture investment advisory company between Salamanca Group Holdings and Fleming Family & Partners Capital Management.

Historically the vast majority of our investment focus has been in real estate which has encompassed development projects in the residential, retail and commercial sectors. However through expansion, the company has invested in other sectors which include, but are not limited to, mining, infrastructure and industry. Our strategy for investment is based on seeking quality management teams, high quality local partners and asset backed security which all combine with high growth potential.
