Profile:
In our firm, we do not only cover the inspection structure which is stated in auditing standard of JICPA (Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants), but uniquely develop an environment conducive to maintenance of high audit quality and expertise.
As audit service requires expertness and know-how, our firm lays out variously experienced staff to appropriate place to take advantage of their specialty. We formed a system specialized team consisted of 3-permanent member of staff. They conduct more technical evaluation of system control.
Also we have a tax specialized team with certified tax accountant which conduct profound and effectual audit using tax expert knowledge and experience.
For quality control, we have quality control division that practices ongoing verification to maintain audit quality of each audit team.
The percentage of permanent member of staff is 100 percent. We continuously conduct auditing service with a sense of responsibility.
As audit standard is perpetually updated, we are always conducting state of the art audit service. We are training permanent staff in auditing skills more than 100 hours in the course of the year. We have our own auditing tools, manuals and a variety of regulations with respect to information security, prevention of insider trading, whistle-blower protection, quality control system, internal control system etc. These regulations are maintained and updated on a constant basis as our firm deliver a prompt response to the latest practical guidelines. We also promote the preparation of adopting IFRS.
