Overview:

BTG was formed over 10 years ago by a group of accountancy and investment professionals. The main administrative operations are provided from Zurich, Switzerland where Baobab Trust & Corporate Services Ltd provides trust and corporate services as well as investment portfolios advised upon by Turicum Wealth Management Ltd. Many of the Group’s clients are based or operate within Sub-Saharan Africa.

In 2004 the Group opened what is now Pegasus Wealth Management (Pty) Ltd in South Africa to focus upon providing expert advice on offshore investments to high net worth South African residents.

In 2013 BTG Management Services (Mauritius) Ltd was established to extend the range of Group services to include fiduciary and corporate structures from the island of Mauritius with its close proximity to and excellent, extensive tax treaty network with many African countries.

In 2013 Synaptic Investment Services Ltd was formed in Mauritius as a regulated investment adviser and portfolio manager to cater for the investment needs of clients.
