The law firm DESCOMBES & SALANS was formed in 2005 between the firm DESCOMBES, founded in 2003 in Noumea, and the SCP SALANS in Paris.

Today DESCOMBES & SALANS comprises fourteen people, including 5 Lawyers admitted to the Noumea bar, one Lawyer admitted to the Victorian bar (Australia) and two Legal Advisors.

DESCOMBES & SALANS practices in many areas of the law, particularly those relating to the corporate and business world.

Its clients are made up of individuals and businesses, both local and foreign, and each Lawyer and each Legal Advisor speaks, at a minimum, fluent French and English.

Its close partnership with the international firm SALANS enables it to have access to significant sources of documentation, which are continually updated, a strong ability to respond in terms of recruitment and numerous contacts throughout the world.

The law firm DESCOMBES & SALANS is particularly present in the Pacific region - in Australia thanks to a well structured network with which it has worked for several years, particularly in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, and in French Polynesia (Tahiti), Wallis and Futuna, Vanuatu and Fiji, through its associated offices.
