The local services provided are primarily escrow services, used for         M&A transactions performed in Brazil, as well as to assist foreign clients interested in establishing a business in the country. Our services include:

   * opening and managing segregated escrow accounts
   * holding and releasing funds according to the terms of the escrow agreement
