The Aprio Foundation
Aprio serves thriving businesses that support thriving communities. Inspired by strong local connections, our partners and associates give back to the communities where they live and work. Many of them serve on the boards of industry groups and area non-profits. In order to further our reach, and to help those who help others, we created the Aprio Foundation. Our Foundation provides grant writing assistance, education and volunteer support to local charities. Our efforts help local non-profits thrive so that they can continue to create a positive impact on our community.

Aprio is an independent, third party professional services firm. We are performing this engagement as a third party, independent professional service provider. We are aware of no relationships between Aprio or its employees with the Company's management, shareholders, board members or fiduciaries that would impair our independence.
Our fees are not contingent upon our findings or conclusions in any way. Although we will consider input provided by you and the Company, and where appropriate, by parties related to the Company and the Company’s advisors, we will perform our analysis independently and will arrive at our own conclusions. Our independence is essential to maintaining the credibility of our valuation analysis and conclusions.

As a global business advisory firm, Aprio maintains four locations to better serve our clients. We operate out of our headquarters in Atlanta, as well as our New York, Birmingham and Sarasota offices. |
