Overview:

Oasis Global Management Company (Ireland) Limited (the “Manager”) has been appointed by Oasis Global Investment Fund plc and Oasis Crescent Global Investment Fund plc (the “Funds”) to manage their portfolios. The Manager is authorised in Ireland as a UCITS management company pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2003 as amended.

The Oasis Global Investment Fund (Ireland) plc and the Oasis Crescent Global Investment Fund (Ireland) plc were established to provide investment products that adhere to investors’ regulatory requirements in European and Middle Eastern markets. The two open-ended companies comply with the European Communities Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and satisfy the stringent controls of the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority. At present, each open-ended investment company comprises two global portfolios.

The Oasis Global Investment Fund (Ireland) plc comprises the following conventional Funds:

   Oasis Global Equity Fund
   Oasis Crescent Global Short-Term Income Fund

The Oasis Crescent Global Investment Fund (Ireland) plc comprises the following Shari’ah compliant Funds:

   Oasis Crescent Global Equity Fund
   Oasis Crescent Global Property Equity Fund
   Oasis Crescent Global Income Fund
   Oasis Crescent Global Low Equity Balanced Fund
   Oasis Crescent Global Medium Equity Balanced Fund
   Oasis Crescent Variable Balanced Fund

These Funds have been listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The rationale for registering such funds is that pooled funds by nature provide feasible diversified exposure to global securities. The Oasis investment team is therefore able to invest in any underlying security on behalf of the fund. In addition, by pooling these assets the portfolios have the necessary mass or fund size, which ensures that the investment team is investing in securities on a reasonable scale.
