An independent firm, owned and managed by the Kracht family, Fiducia has offices strategically located in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. We are on location with a multinational, multilingual team of experienced professionals from a variety of backgrounds.

Overview:

Fiducia was established by Jürgen Kracht, a German national who has lived in Hong Kong since 1971 and has an extensive knowledge of the Hong Kong and China market. Prior to founding Fiducia, he was involved in international trade between these regions and in manufacturing activities in Hong Kong.

Due to an increasing foreign interest in China and Hong Kong, Jürgen along with his wife Cynthia Kracht recognised the need for consulting and corporate services and launched Fiducia Management Consultants in 1982.

Since its humble beginnings as a husband and wife team in Wyndham Street in Central Hong Kong, the company has since steadily expanded and assisted numerous international companies in their China ventures. Testament to Fiducia’s strength in its core capabilities, the company has grown to include specialised teams of experienced consultants and professionals at three offices strategically located in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
