Overview:

Federal National was founded in 1992. Our headquarters are located near Washington, DC, in Bethesda, Maryland. We also have a West Coast office in Portland, Oregon. In April 2012, Federal National Payables became Federal National Commercial Credit.

We are an asset based lending and factoring company of industry veterans serving small businesses across the nation with professional, competitively priced financing. With most of the financing based upon accounts receivable, Federal National can provide additional working capital based upon other assets such as plant equipment or inventory. We are industry leaders factoring government receivables. That leadership and expertise in meeting rigorous government requirements has translated into the most professional and reliable service for commercial financing to all of our clients in and outside the federal arena.

Industry veterans Kwesi Rogers and Joe Sillay have been with Federal National since its inception and are shareholders. The company is well financed with its own capital as well as established access to large institutional borrowing facilities. For two decades, we have been active and respected members in a highly regarded community of experts who serve small businesses in different ways. We enjoy adding special value to our client relationships by referring specialists from among these trusted professionals.

Federal National is not a broker. When we provide financing, we do not sell or transfer accounts or funding relationships.
