No. 5-0436520/001. The company is a legal successor of the Auditing and Consulting Company <HLB Mont Audit> LLC Podgorica, registered in 2003.

«HLB Mont Audit Plus» LLC Podgorica is registered for the following activities:

1. Accounting, bookkeeping, auditing and tax counseling;

2. Consulting services on business operations and other management;

3. Other professional, scientific and technical activities.

Core business of the Company are activities of accounting, bookkeeping, auditing and

tax counseling.

By the Decree of the Tax Administration, Branch Office Podgorica, No: 30-01-09496-2 dated 14 January 2008, the Company has been registered in the Tax Payers Registry under No: 02694697. By the Decree of the same tax authority, the Company has been assigned the VAT registration number 30/31-07150-9.

Cash funds of the Company are maintained on the gyro account No: 510-20206-47 with CKB JSC Podgorica Bank.

By the Decree of the Podgorica Capitol - Secretariat for Entrepreneurship Development No: 07-UI- 040/08-763 dated 06 May 2008, the Company has been granted work permit.

By the Decision of the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro No: 02-4376/2 dated 08 June 2009, the Company has been granted a License for providing audit services.

The founder and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company is Prof. Djordjije Rakocevic, PhD, Licensed Auditor.
