Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Activa Capital Markets (ACM) was founded in 1997 to address the specific needs of global private and institutional investors across the U.S. Europe and Latin America. ACM is a full service U.S. Broker Dealer and Investment Banking firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities for Investor Protection Corp (SIPC).

ACM holds a clearing agreement with Penson Financial Services and settles and maintains custody of the assets of the firm’s clients at the option of the client. ACM never holds proprietary positions and is a fully disclosed broker dealer.
