Sofia Financial Accounting Company provides a range of services, including accounting and auditing, tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, as well as strategy and IT consultations.
Sofia Financial Accounting Company was founded in 2001. The managing partner at the Company is Hristo Mavrudiev CPA, holder of Diploma No 0230 issued by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria. Hristo Mavrudiev is CPA since 1993 and has considerable experience in auditing of bulgarian and foreign companies. He has a number of qualification certificates in the field of International Accounting and Auditing Standards and among them a Certificate for international audit issued by the Bluefield College, West Virginia. Mr. Mavrudiev is a lecturer at the Accounting Department with the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. Associate in the Company is also Vladimir Kolmakov CPA, holder of Diploma No 0575 issued by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria. He is CPA since 2002 and since 1998 he has been an assistant-auditor. Mr. Kolmakov has the following aditional qualifications: License from the Privatization Agency for evaluation of financial institutions; Expert according to the register of the Sofia City Court for performance of court-and-accountancy expertise.
