Headquartered in Tokyo, K.K. Halifax Asset Management (Halifax AM) is dedicated to providing institutional asset management services in the Japan market. Our goal is to meet and exceed the financial return expectations of investors through implementation of innovative investment strategies. Halifax AM is a sister company of Colliers Halifax, a full service real estate company established in Japan in 1952.

Colliers Halifax has approximately 40 employees active throughout Japan operating from offices in Tokyo and Osaka, and is a partner of Colliers International which has over 240 offices in more than 50 countries. Colliers Halifax is, and has since 1972 been, a joint venture company owned 50% by the Jardine Matheson group of companies and 50% by JA&A Holdings LLC, a US company.

Halifax AM is the investment advisor to the Japan Residential Investment Company (JRIC) with responsibility for identifying and managing this fund’s Japan property assets. Halifax AM works closely with real estate professionals nationwide including brokerage, due diligence, and property management experts to acquire and manage properties in accordance with our investment mandate.
