Berich Brokerage Limited (“BBL”), a licensed corporation and an exchange participant incepted in Hong Kong in 1993 with CE number ABT548, has been actively trading securities for and on behalf of personal and business clients in the marketplace in Hong Kong. Due to the company management’s pragmatic, conservatively aggressive and risk-averse style, BBL so far has been prospering in the marketplace in Hong Kong despite the extremely volatile financial markets in Southeast Asia.

In addition to the well-established headquarters in Central, Hong Kong, BBL has through the years expanded its business via branches in Kwun Tong, Aberdeen, and Chai Wan districts to optimally serve clients’ specific needs in securities trading comprising buying and selling equities in the cash market, new issues application, shares custody, dividends collection, exercise of equity warrants and covered warrants trading.

Continuous upgrade of computer systems and infrastructure. With continuous upgrade of computerized broker-supplied-systems (“BSS”), BBL has been competent and versatile to complete clients’ trading requests accurately and timely via open-gateways directly connected with Automatic Order Matching and Execution System (“AMS/3”) of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. (“HKEx”). Moreover, for client who wants to trade over the internet, the client must first complete and sign off the Supplemental Agreement for Internet Trading and, as soon as it is approved, start internet trading thereafter.
