Overview:
Experience
We offer a full range of accounting and auditing, estate and income tax planning, and many management consulting services. We currently provide service to many commercial and governmental entities. Our clients operate in a variety of fields, including but not limited to: Health Care Services, Contractors, Retail Food Stores, Wholesale Distributors, Manufacturers, Professional Organizations, School Districts, Townships and Not-for-Profit Organizations.
Organization
Our firm is comprised of three partners, as well as staff accountants and administrative support personnel. The Company maintains two locations, in West Chester and East Norriton. Our Partners are Louis J. Pedante, Paul E. Farrell, and Ronald L. Minninger, each being with the firm for over twenty-five years.
Investment and Insurance
In an effort to better serve our clients, we have formed Dreslin Financial Services, Inc. Dreslin Fiancial Services, Inc. has formed an affiliation with a locally-based financial services firm, The Comprehensive Wealth Management Group (CWMG), and works closely with Tor E. Hotham of CWMG to provide our clients with quality service.
Services
Dreslin and Company is committed to providing solutions specifically designed for you. Our commitment to clients includes; quality, professionalism, timely service, reliability, experience, trust, and responsiveness to your concerns. Our reputation for high quality service has been earned for nearly a century, and we continually strive to maintain it.
Services provided include Accounting and Auditing, Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, and Financial and Estate Planning.
Additionally, more specialized services provided include assistance in obtaining personal and business financing (including equipment loans, lines of credit, and home mortgages), business succession planning and consultation, business mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations.
Dreslin and Company also offers bookkeeping services and/or consultations, and has a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor on staff. Services offered range from bookkeeping task support, to training a new employee, to full migration setup services or management reporting consultation.
Dreslin and Company formed Dreslin Financial Services, Inc. so that we can provide investment, insurance and related financial services to our clients with the same level of service excellence that our accounting and tax clients have enjoyed for over 90 years. The mission of Dreslin Financial Services, Inc. is to provide you with a full range of financial services tailored to your specific needs. We use our vast knowledge and experience of business and income tax matters to offer various recommendations to help you meet your financial goals. We have formed an affiliation with the locally-based financial services firm, The Comprehensive Wealth Management Group (CWMG), who has both expertise and experience in providing financial solutions. Working closely with Tor E. Hotham of CWMG, we feel provides the type of quality service we strive to provide all of our accounting clients.

History:
Dreslin and Company, Inc. started in the 1920's as an individual proprietorship. Today Dreslin and Company, Inc. is a well established multi-office CPA firm with approximately 12 professionals serving the Delaware Valley. As a charter member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) since 1980, we voluntarily participate in a peer review quality control program to ensure that we maintain the highest quality of service |
