The founders of SwissIndependent Trustees SA have had years of experience offering trust services in Switzerland and have established a company that prides itself on its thoroughly professional approach to the provision of trustee services based in Geneva.

This means financial advice, portfolio management and banking services to satisfy the individual needs.

SwissIndependent Trustees SA is able to deal with the formation of trusts and companies in several jurisdictions. We provide and implement taxation advice through links with professional advisors based in territories where our clients are resident or have financial interests.

1. We provide directors and secretaries for companies associated with trusts and for stand-alone companies.

2. We provide accounting and administrative services for all the entities that we administer.

3. We monitor the performance, including the investment performance, of advisors to the trusts and companies.

4. We assist with the appointment of bankers and investment advisors.

5. We provide specialist advice in conjunction with other family advisors on succession planning.
SwissIndependent Trustees SA (hereafter the Company) was incorporated in the year 2002.

It has grown steadily and now manages a considerable number of trusts and companies.

All its senior staff have years of experience in the trust field. They are qualified as Trust and Estate Practitioners, a qualification issued by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners based in England.

To keep abreast of changes in law, they also undergo continuous training. SwissIndependent Trustees SA has developed close relationships with some of Switzerland's leading banks, portfolio managers, international legal advisors and accountants whose skills are available to the trustees for the benefit of the trusts and companies in their care.
