Kaieteur is based in New York City and is registered with FINRA (CRD #145152), the US Securities and Exchange Commission and several US states.

(Consulting services with respect to fund formation and business expansion, risk management, project management, selection of service providers, information technologies and creative problem solving are provided through our sister firm, Deniad & Company LLC.)
