Overview:

Rajasthan Asset Management Co. Pvt. Ltd (RAMC), managers to Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund (RVCF). RAMC, a professionally managed and privately held company, manages two SEBI registered domestic venture capital funds - RVCF Fund I & SME TECH FUND – RVCF Trust II supported by 15 investors including Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) and Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) as lead investors.

RVCF aims to invest in start-up and mid stage companies, operating in high growth sectors with a sustainable revenue model and a highly motivated and experienced management team.

RVCF operates from Jaipur and focuses on investments on a pan India basis. RVCF Fund I was established in 2002-03 and created an active investment portfolio of ten companies straddling across various sectors and stages. RVCF has managed successful exits from 4 companies while others remain a part of the portfolio.

SME Tech Fund – RVCF Trust II was launched in 2008-09 aiming to invest in IT/ITES, Education, Retail, Health care, Agro Products, Auto Components and other high growth sectors.

With time, our team has developed strong capabilities to identify a growth company and has a proven record of nurturing it so that it achieves its targeted growth.
