History:

Founded in 1975. Formerly known as DG Bank (Schweiz) AG and cosba private banking ag. Current name adopted in 2006. Merged with Union Investment Privatbank AG in 2003 and Union Investment (Schweiz) AG in 2004. Raiffeisen Switzerland sold its 25% stake to the other two shareholders in 2005.
