Public Accountants, was formed as a general professional partnership on January 31, 2006. The Partners of our Firm namely, Marcelino A. Mercado, Napoleon A. Calderon and Gerardo C. Jaravata have extensive experience in Public Practice for having served for long years as audit partners in one of the oldest accounting firm, which, by operation of law was dissolved in the latter part of the year 2005. As experienced practitioners, we have adopted a quality management system in our Firm and have reached out to the highest level of professional service. We have endeavored to provide the best and efficient professional service that can compare in the other renowned accounting firms.

Guided by its mission to provide a more assured professional service to all our existing valued clients, our Firm strictly adheres to quality audit standards with the adoption and implementation of the new Philippine Accounting Standards and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards. Our Firm lives by the ethics of the accounting profession and we stand by our objectives to provide quality professional services. We want to maintain that edge and give the best in this demanding profession.

As a service oriented Firm and with our avowed commitment to continuously upgrade our professional services to our valued clients, we have endeavored to actively pursue comprehensive trainings, motivations and development to our audit personnel.
