Lyxor Asset Management Inc.

History:

Lyxor AM is the global parent of Lyxor Asset Management Inc. ("Lyxor US", and collectively with Lyxor AM, referred to here as "Lyxor"). Lyxor AM is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Société Générale Group, is headquartered in Paris, and is incorporated under French law.

Lyxor US was created in 1999 and is the U.S. asset management subsidiary of Lyxor AM. Lyxor US is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and is also registered as a commodity pool operator with the National Futures Association. All advisory activities in the U.S. are conducted through Lyxor US.

Lyxor is a specialized provider of distinctive investment solutions. One of the key strengths of Lyxor is its capacity to leverage expertise in both traditional and alternative investments, utilizing an investment platform designed to address the needs of all types of investors. Its special expertise, developed through involvement in both the long-only and hedge fund businesses, combined with extensive capital markets experience, fosters a culture of innovation that is the foundation for the dynamic universe of products that Lyxor offers.
