VietFund Management provides investment management services to a wide range of clients. Our services include:
Asset Management
We are a leading investment firm in Vietnam providing financial expertise to corporations, institutions and individuals both domestically and abroad. We offer a broad range of asset management services from traditional cash management to alternative asset classes such as private equity and real estate.
At present, we are managing the Vietnam Securities Investment Fund (VF1) – the first public fund of Vietnam licensed by the Vietnam State Securities Commission on May 20, 2004. VF1 is a close-ended fund which was listed in the Securities Trading Centre of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on November 8th, 2004. It is considered as one of the highest liquidity securities. VietFund Management consistently launches new investment products to continually meet the needs of domestic and international investors.
Investment funds managed by VFM pursue a variety of investment objectives:

Growth – to aim for growth in capital value, while income is considered as a secondary objective.

Income – to generate regular income for investors by means of investing in securities which pay interest or dividends, and pass the total received amount to investors in proportion of holding.

Balance – a balance of income and growth
Investments may be focused to different securities with specific characteristics as government bonds, corporate bonds, stocks, debt instrument and real estate.
The goals and objectives of each fund are clearly stated in the prospectus. Funds are carefully monitored by the SSC, the custodian and audited by an international Auditing Company.
