The Law Firm Mesa & Mesa was established in 1964, when its senior partner,Dr. Rodolfo Mesa Beltré, installed his first professional office. It then was established by the name of Mesa, Feliz, Arias & Associates. As the Dominican economy grew, during the mid eighties, our office diversified it’s action camp, going from a small legal practice of helping people with legal problems in civil, commercial or land law, to providing a service oriented in helping Dominican and Foreign businesses and enterprises with their legal needs, this is how our office specializes in corporate law, which covers: industrial property (registered trade marks, commercial names, invention patents, etc.), intellectual property (author’s rights), corporate organizations; labor law, amongst others.

At the present time, complementing the experience and capacity of our partners, we have a professional staff that is qualified and efficient, including a bilingual secretarial department, paralegals, surveyors, bailiffs, judicial interpreters, accountants and fiscal advisors, with an active work capacity. At the same time, we strive to be at the uttermost achievement in the implementation of the most modern telecommunication and data processes.
