GLOBAL MARKETS BUSINESS

Our global markets business consists of two major segments. The first segment is investment in both domestic and international markets. The second segment is to provide domestic orientated services and products on a global basis.

The second segment consists of two types of business. The first type of business is to provide domestic services to support overseas clients. Domestic services includes real estate related businesses such as brokerage, consulting, property trust, securitization of Japanese real estate for foreign investors willing to invest in the Japanese real estate market. It also includes corporate agency services to foreign clients willing to list their stocks in the Japanese stock market. The second type of business is to provide our domestic oriented service or product to clients operating in foreign markets. This includes services such as account receivable trust in Singapore.
