Our lawyers in the Tokyo office have more than 25 years' experience in Japan and Asia, assisting Japanese clients in achieving their business aims around the world and serving non-Japanese clients in Japan and throughout Asia. The Tokyo office is staffed with 5 lawyers from our Finance, Corporate, and Arbitration departments. We serve our clients as a high value-added partner, providing not only accurate and timely legal counsel but also strategic and creative business advice to help our clients achieve demanding strategies and solve complex problems.
The Tokyo office has particular expertise in the following disciplines:
