Overview:

HLB McKeogh Gallagher Ryan is a firm of accountants and business advisers established by three experienced financial professionals – Mary McKeogh, Eoin Gallagher and Eoin Ryan. We are a leading provider of accounting and advisory services across Ireland.

We are regulated by Chartered Accountants Ireland and hold Registered Auditor status. We are also authorised by Chartered Accountants Ireland to carry on investment business.

Our three partners have collectively in excess of 50 years’ experience in practice. Each one of us spent our entire career in top ten accountancy firms in Ireland. We are well known and respected practitioners, and are noted specialists in each of our areas of practice.

We founded our firm with the intention of building on our strong experiences, and established reputations, to create a personable firm with direct access to partners. The advisory marketplace is crowded with large, often impersonal organisations, offering “advices” without direct access and contact with the key advisers and partners. We wanted our firm to be different – a firm with the same mentality, experience, ability and professionalism of a big firm (as that is our background) but the approach and personality of a smaller firm.

We believe in a client-focussed service offering. We recognise that as a professional services organisation our business is people. Our people, the staff and partners, appreciate the value of effective communication and meeting client needs and demands, quickly. We are pro-active and solution-driven commercial professionals. We are as aware of the challenges facing our clients as they are and we are determined to continually provide our clients with quality advice, and value, across all our service lines. In fact we aim to be one step ahead identifying solutions and opportunities before the problems arise because when you’re doing business, we’re doing business.

In 2015 we moved to newly renovated and custom-designed offices at 45 O’Connell Street, Limerick, a prime city centre location in the heart of O’Connell Street, Limerick’s main thoroughfare. The offices have had a complete overhaul returning the O’Connell Street building to its Georgian grandeur with high ceilings and exposed red brick walls, while the large two-storey annex at the rear houses modern open plan offices.
