Every business, no matter its size, must keep its books of accounts, pay its employees, and pay taxes. Some businesses may require an audit to meet a statutory requirement or because they must provide financial information to external shareholders and other providers of finance.

Whilst every business must do nearly all the above not every entrepreneur and small medium business has the time or the expertise to deal with all the above. That is where we come in. We have the expertise and the tools needed to help you, in a cost effective way with all of the above, so that you can focus on your core business.

We help you keep the books but in the process we help you to organize and improve your accounting system and understand what the numbers are saying about your business so you do not run the business blindly. Our collective expertise in accounting, taxes and insight into business is there to guide you. We save you the trouble of hiring and managing an in-house accountant and save you money in the process.

We help you pay your employees on time – we do the calculations, prepare the taxes and other statutory returns and make payments on your behalf. This is true but we do a bit more than that – we help you to understand all the relevant tax and other payroll related laws so you can run your business to comply.

We help you understand the tax laws so you manage your affairs to comply. We prepare your returns and handle your dealings with the Ghana Revenue Authority. We also help you plan your tax affairs.

We provide assurance to third parties by auditing your financial statements. Our audits are planned to do more than just comply with international standards of auditing and provide insights and recommendations for managing risks, improving internal controls and bringing to the attention of management non-compliance with significant laws.
