We are comfortable with acquiring companies or investing in platforms that require operational improvement, cost realignment, brand revitalizations and patience. We are also flexible about deploying our capital in the creation of new companies, which allows us to collaborate with experienced management teams and leverage our deep industry and operational expertise to capitalize on market opportunities that we have identified. We are currently focused on opportunities in the United States, but have the flexibility to invest globally.
