CICC US Securities Inc. (“CICC US”) launched its New York operation in November 2009 as an SEC registered broker-dealer and a member of FINRA. CICC US is also a member of the Securities Industry Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). CICC ’s U.S. office serves institutional and corporate clients throughout the Americas and provides institutional sales and trading and investment banking services to clients in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

CICC US’s Sales and Trading division focuses on the top tier of institutional clients, such as pension and mutual funds, hedge funds and other asset managers based in North America. CICC US offers brokerage services for U.S. and Hong Kong listed equities and access to our affiliate’s leading equity, fixed income, commodities, macro, and policy research. In addition, the U.S.’s S&T team provides unique insight and commentary on Chinese companies and market conditions.

CICC US’ Investment Banking Department offers a variety of financial advisory and capital raising services, e.g., cross border mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and listings in U.S., Hong Kong and P.R.C. Mainland stock markets, debt offerings, and offshore RMB financing. CICC US services corporations, private equity firms, as well as the subsidiaries and branch offices of Chinese corporations located in North America.

CICC US strives to deliver the very best services and support for its clients.
