The members of the Firm, who bring with them the “vision”, are committed to providing professional services to both corporate and individual clients. Our partners, associates and staff have varied legal, financial and technical backgrounds. Vision & Associates is staffed with 80 lawyers, patent & trademark attorneys and consultants. The Firm is structured into three practice groups, namely Legal Practice, IP Practice and Consulting Practice, which work closely with one another to take advantage of combined knowledge of three practice groups in order to provide comprehensive services to clients. We serve clients in two offices, in Hanoi and in Ho Chi Minh City.
The partners’ extensive experience in the major areas of the practice, with substantial national and international contacts, allow the Firm to advise clients on a variety of domestic and international matters. The Firm’s lawyers and consultants are qualified to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Overview:
Involved in all aspects of business laws in Vietnam, we assist clients from multi-national corporations to small & medium sized companies and individuals in establishing their business presence in Vietnam and help them during their operations. We provide clients with a full range of services including legal advice and research on all areas of laws, review and drafting of legal documents, attending to administrative procedures with State authorities, attending to negotiations with clients, and representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings for resolving disputes.
Vision & Associates Legal forms the legal arm of Vision & Associates which commits to follow the “vision” and try best endeavours to further develop the human resources and enrich expertises acquired by the former Legal Practice Group under Vision & Associates. Vision & Associates Legal is staffed with lawyers all with over 10 year legal practice and numerous talented young trainee lawyers with ambitions for professional success. With extensive experience of working together with foreign law firms in Vietnam and in the region, and the intensive engagement in a number of foreign invested projects and cross-border transactions, our lawyers are capable of offering clients local expertise as well as international experience.
Our lawyers are members of Hanoi Lawyers Association, Bar Associations of Hanoi, HCMC and other provinces and cities, as well as other international professional associations including Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific (LawAsia), etc. We have established close association relationship with leading international law firms from the UK, the US, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries.
