Texas Property Tax Calendar

Date of valuation - January 1
Valuation Notices Mailed - Late-March to  May (typically)
***NEW FOR 2018*** Business personal property renditions and property reports - must be filed by April 1 (automatic 30 day extension will be granted upon request, and an additional 15 day extension may be granted upon request and showing of good cause)
***NEW FOR 2018*** Appeal Deadline - later of May 15 or 30 days after valuation notices are mailed
Tax Bills Mailed - October to November (typically)
Taxes Delinquent - February 1 of following year
