History:
1988
A well-known regional CPA firm with four offices in California separated into independent operating entities. Partners Steven P. Haskell and David R. White II continue practicing in the Newport Beach office as Haskell & White.
1990
As demand for the Newport Beach office’s services increases, so does the size and scope of the firm’s practice, which grows to include increased levels of audit engagements.
2003
Haskell & White is registered with the Public Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), asserting that the firm offers informative, accurate and independent audit reports.
2005
The Orange County arts community honors Haskell & White with a Distinguished Achievement Award at the 24th Annual “Business in the Arts Awards” event. It is the fifth straight year Haskell & White has been recognized for its contributions to the Orange County arts community.
2006
Haskell & White adds business advisory services to growing list of client service offerings.
2008
Haskell & White expands its reach across Southern California, opening an additional office in San Diego.
2009
Haskell & White moves to larger Irvine Spectrum location to better serve growing demand for services.
2014
Leading Edge Alliance, of which Haskell & White has been a member since 2000, is ranked by International Accounting Bulletin as the second largest international association of independent firms.
2015
Accounting Today features Haskell & White as one of the nation’s Top 300 accounting firms.

Haskell & White is one of the largest independently owned accounting firms in Southern California, with offices in Orange County and San Diego with over 70 + professionals serving clients. The firm is led by eleven partners and four principals. |

Public Company Accounting Oversight Board
Haskell & White has been registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) since October 2003. The PCAOB is a private-sector, non-profit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair and independent audit reports.
