High-quality portfolio
Our portfolio has a strong retail focus and currently comprises properties in prime locations in Switzerland, Austria & Hungary with a total value of approximately 550 million euros.
Our portfolio strategy is aimed at long-term and sustainable value growth. We ensure that the properties in our portfolio remain attractive and we optimize their return, while striving for the right balance between profit, people and community. This is a guiding principle of our activities.
Investment strategy
Redevco aims for value growth in the existing portfolio as well as substantial expansion in the coming years. To realize our ambitions we will invest in existing properties and engage in project development or redevelopment. We will focus primarily on retail properties in prime locations in towns and centers where retail contributes to an attractive and sustainable living environment. We also invest in shopping centers and retail parks if they are dominant schemes in, or outside dominant cities.
Redevco’s growth has always been based on carefully selected investments and a long horizon. We focus on retail properties in Switzerland, Austria & Central Europe.
Long-term sustainability
Quality and a long horizon are essential in all our activities. Sustainability is the key. We want our properties to have sustainable high quality, so that they can be easily adapted to ever-changing needs. We want to use the latest technologies in our buildings. This also informs our choice of building materials and our energy management. Projects we develop or redevelop comply with international standards, such as BREEAM, ensuring that in due course all our properties will be certified for best practice in sustainability.
