History:

JSC В«Financial Company В«REAL-INVEST.kzВ» (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in 2003, and as of today it is one of the rapidly growing and dynamically developing brokerage companies and investment portfolio managers in the stock market of Kazakhstan.

The Company is independent one and is not included in any of the financial and industrial groups, allowing us to set a flexible tariff policy, to immediately take the necessary decisions on our clients' issues and to exclude any probability of conflict of interests.

The Company has the license for the following activities:

- brokerage and dealer activities in the securities market with the right to maintain clients' accounts in the capacity of a nominee;

- investment portfolio management activities in the securities market.

For the years of its operations the Company has:

- become a member of JSC вЂњKazakhstan Stock-ExchangeвЂќ (KASE) under the categories "ГЉ", "Гђ" and "ГЌ", and has acquired the right to perform transactions in all the securities negotiable on the KASE;

- introduced for the clients' convenience the e-trade system of Internet-trading in securities;

- become a member of the KASE's shareholders and has succeeded in inclusion of its representative into the KASE's Stock-Exchange Board at which meetings all the decisions required for successful organization of the clients' projects financing through distribution and placement of equity and debt securities in the stock market of Kazakhstan are taken;

- become a member of the Kazakhstan Financiers Association and the Asset Managers Association, allowing the Company to participate in development of legal and regulatory acts and to make proposals for improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the financial market;

- become an accredited consultant under the Business Assistance and Support Program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BAS), allowing the Company's clients to obtain grants for organization of securities issue;

- implemented a number of successful projects connected with the organization for clients of financing in the stock market, including the underwriting and consulting projects;

- acted as an operator for conclusion of transactions on the KASE to the amount of over KZT 80 mlrd; established one of the first Interval Unit Investment Funds in Kazakhstan,

- such as the вЂњFavoriteвЂќ, and achieved high results for the first year of its operations as concerns the Fund's investors' yield;

- registered the subsidiary JSC В«REAL-INVEST.kz RFCAВ», which is a professional participant of the Regional Financial Center in Almaty;

- registered the classical Fund of Funds вЂњFavorite CollectionвЂќ being the first one in Kazakhstan.

A big plus for the Company's activities is the fact of its establishment by the people having a great practical experience in the field of the securities market state regulation, which has ensured the quality of the Company's infrastructure organization, its business-processes systematization and accounting methodology.
