Thomas Capital Group (“TCG”), a registered broker-dealer, was founded in 1997 to assist and guide alternative investment managers worldwide in structuring funds and raising capital. Working with a select group of fund managers, TCG has helped raise billions of dollars from leading investors from around the world.
TCG’s team of professionals possesses extensive placement and marketing experience, a global network of close investor relationships, and strong buy-side investment experience. We believe that this combination of skills and experience is rare in the placement industry. This expertise allows us to understand better our clients’ strategies and competitive advantages and more articulately communicate these attributes to the right investors. As an independent boutique placement firm with offices on both coasts and global distribution, we are able to tailor a value-added sales process for our clients and introduce them to appropriate investors. We prefer to participate early in each fund’s development, enabling us to contribute substantially to the structuring and pre-marketing phases that are essential to a successful offering.

Our objective is to help our clients establish long-term, multi-fund relationships with investors.
